Maria, you’ve journeyed from the world of gloss and runways to a path of inner healing and stillness. What was the most challenging part of that transformation — from an outer image to your inner truth?
The most challenging part was finding balance between the duality. I began by shedding layers of identity the world had applauded — the image, the titles, the perfection I once believed to be valuable. It felt as though I had to undress my soul in front of a mirror no one else could see, just to recognise what was truly mine. The external world often celebrates the mask, but healing demands profound honesty. I had to choose silence over applause, authenticity over acceptance, and my inner truth over an outer role. That transition wasn’t loud — it was quiet, painful, and sacred. And yet, it brought me home to myself.
Eventually, I discovered that this inner transformation wasn’t a rejection of the outer image, but a reconciliation. I realised that true beauty is born from alignment — that when the outer expression is rooted in authenticity, it becomes a sacred extension of the inner light. The outer image stopped being a mask and became a mirror — a reflection of my inner truth. And from that moment, life began unfolding as a constant miracle. Everything external began to align with my inner essence. Radiance, I learned, is not something we put on — it is what we emanate when we remember who we are.
“Yin Code” is more than just a book — it’s a spiritual map. What was the turning point in your life when you felt it was time to write it? The book touches deeply on facing one’s own shadows to reach an elevated state of manifestation and alignment. In your opinion, where should someone begin the healing process when they are facing their inner pain for the first time?
The turning point came during a moment of deep stillness and surrender — a time when everything I had once believed to be true about myself, success, and love began to dissolve. I found myself face to face with my own shadows, not as enemies to fight, but as parts of me longing to be seen, embraced, and alchemised. It was in that sacred space of vulnerability and remembrance that Yin Code emerged — not as a project, but as a revelation. The words flowed through me as if they had been waiting for the right moment to be born.
I realised that my healing journey was not mine alone — it was a universal human experience. And I knew that if I had walked through the dark and emerged whole, others could too. That’s when I felt called to offer a spiritual map — a gentle but powerful guide home to the self.
For those beginning their healing, the first step is presence — gently witnessing pain without judgement. We often carry shame, fear, and resistance that block the natural flow of healing. But healing doesn’t begin with fixing — it begins with listening. Sit with your emotions. Create or find a safe space where your inner child can speak. The child within doesn’t need analysis — it needs love, safety, and permission to be heard. Begin by asking: Where does it hurt? What am I carrying that’s not mine? Everything starts with a decision to say yes — yes to healing, yes to yourself, yes to remembering who you truly are. And once you say yes, the universe begins to conspire in your favour. Every time you choose love over fear and presence over avoidance, you realign with the divine rhythm of life. That, to me, is where real transformation begins.
How did your experience as a model, in beauty pageants and the public eye, shape your understanding of femininity — and how have you redefined it on a spiritual level? In your view, what is the core power of the Feminine Principle, and why is it so essential to restore it in the world today?
The beauty industry showed me both the power and the peril of appearance. I witnessed how femininity was often reduced to aesthetics — celebrated when performative, neglected when embodied. I learned how easily femininity can become a mask we wear in response to emotional wounds, and how rare and sacred it is to truly embody it as a result of healing.
Spiritually, I’ve redefined femininity as the force that gestates life, holds mystery, and magnetises truth. The Feminine Principle is the sacred womb of all creation — it teaches us how to receive, to feel, to intuit, to surrender, and to birth light from darkness. She is the bridge between humanity and the divine.
We live in a world that celebrates doing and forgets the wisdom of being. Without the Feminine Principle, there is no wholeness, no healing. Yin Code offers a map to restore inner balance, so that both Feminine and Masculine — intuition and action, magnetism and electricity — can unite and operate in harmony. This inner union is essential to manifesting with clarity, soul alignment, and ease. Reclaiming the feminine is not merely a personal act — it’s a global necessity.
You work with the body, energy, emotions, and consciousness, and you’ve created the Angelados space — what exactly do you embody within it, and what kind of transformation can someone experience by stepping into that energy?
Angelados is not just a space — it is a frequency. A sacred sanctuary for those ready to transform from within. Born from my own journey of trial, discovery, and healing, Angelados is an expression of everything I have lived and tested firsthand. I never teach what I haven’t experienced myself.
Within Angelados, one finds a wide range of resources: books, articles, webinars, seminars, and the Alchemy app with transformational programmes. All of these tools are designed around four pillars of life — the physical body, the energetic field, the mind, and financial well-being. This space guides people back to coherence and invites them to embody their creative power with grounded presence.
Those who enter often leave with softened hearts, renewed clarity, and a deeper remembrance of who they are. I offer presence, wisdom, and tools — but the true healer is always the soul of the one who arrives.
What does harmony with the rhythm of the universe mean to you? How can one tune into it in everyday life — amidst a busy city, responsibilities, and fast-paced living?
Tuning in amidst chaos requires sacred pauses. A breath at dawn. A whispered prayer at night. A moment of presence over tea. The universe doesn’t need grand rituals — it responds to sincerity. Even in the noisiest world, there is always a silent centre within.
To me, harmony with the universe is alignment with the natural laws that sustain all creation. These laws — invisible but powerful — offer balance, coherence, and purpose. When we align with them, life begins to unfold with ease and synchronicity.
The first step is healing the inner self. Without internal harmony, the external world feels dissonant. Yin Code offers practical methods for healing emotional wounds, organs, mental faculties, meridians, and chakras. Once we access alignment, the practice becomes to return to it — again and again — until it becomes our natural state. Eventually, that inner frequency becomes your new normal. And your outer life will always mirror the shift within.
If you could speak to your younger self — the little girl from Santa Fe and Villa Ocampo — what would you tell her now, as someone who carries light for others?
I would kneel before her, with reverence, and say: You are not broken, you are becoming. Every wound you feel now will one day become your wisdom. Every painful experience is shaping you into the woman who will help others not only survive but be reborn in this same lifetime. Your tears are sacred. Your voice matters. Trust your heart more than the world’s noise. You are seen. You are loved. All that feels like a burden now is a divine preparation. Every step you take in darkness will one day light the path for others. One day, you’ll remember why you came to Earth. Until then — keep dancing, keep dreaming, keep glowing, even when the world forgets the light.
And then, I would hold her — just as she always deserved to be held. I would make her certain of one thing: in God, she was, is, and always will be safe.
