In an era where digital innovation reshapes every creative field, Aleksandra Telegina stands at the intersection of modelling, content creation, and advanced AI. Her work reflects a rare balance: technology as a powerful engine, and human presence as its irreplaceable soul

Alexandra, how is artificial intelligence integrated into your content-creation process as both a model and a content creator?

AI is no longer a “useful addition” — it has become an integrated part of the entire production pipeline, from ideation and scripting to editing, platform optimisation, and analytics. I treat AI as an auxiliary tool that expands the boundaries of creativity. It helps fill content with more detailed information, prepare scripts, speed up editing, and personalize content for different audiences. For me, AI accelerates and scales the work, but it does not replace the individuality and energetic essence that the viewer sees when consuming content.

Where do you see the biggest breakthrough of AI in content?

We are living in a world that already surpasses human physical limitations. In content production, AI has become a true co-author and a digital assistant. When used intelligently, these tools allow us to achieve what once seemed impossible. AI dissolves traditional boundaries — it enables worlds, visuals, and narratives that extend far beyond what humans can physically create. This is the new frontier, where reality merges with what lies beyond human capability.

How does AI affect models and content creators today?

AI significantly expands monetisation opportunities. With AI “content farms,” creators can generate volumes of material that would be impossible for one person to produce manually.
For models, it also opens an entirely new economic space: the ability to license one’s face for AI-generated shoots at scale. Brands increasingly use AI-generated talent, which creates a new form of digital income based on visual rights.

From a client’s perspective, AI avatars drastically reduce production budgets — no travel, no crews, no accommodation, no full model rider. Turnaround times become shorter, and the human factor is virtually eliminated. For brands, it’s efficiency; for models, it’s an expanded ecosystem with new rules.

Which skills or strategies are now essential for real models to remain in demand in an expanding AI ecosystem?

Adaptation is crucial. Every model today needs a strong personal brand and consistent content creation on digital platforms. With the rise of fully virtual models, competition has shifted: digital avatars receive campaigns, appear on runways as 3D projections, and feature in lookbooks. AI models and influencers live full digital lives — this novelty attracts massive audiences and therefore brand interest.

Top fashion houses have already integrated AI, and leading magazines have been releasing AI covers for years. The industry is changing rapidly, and real models must build visibility, authenticity, and recognisable identity to stay relevant.

Do you think aspiring content creators and models should incorporate AI into their work?

Absolutely — but thoughtfully. AI is a powerful assistant that accelerates production, expands reach, and enables a professional level of output much faster. But success still depends on how well you preserve your personality and uniqueness. AI should free up time for creativity, not replace the creator. Used wisely, it becomes a tool that amplifies your voice rather than dilutes it.
